			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, the message body supports HTML formatting but be sure to disable auto-formatting.  This is the option just below the message body on Admin and User Notifications.  If you are using HTML in your notification message you will want to check this feature to disable auto-formatting.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;This isn't possible if you want it to dynamically pull in the contents of another page.  You would have to copy-n-paste the text of the agreement and place it in the message body of your notification email.  It can't pull in the contents of a page.
