By default Gravity Forms won't do this. But you can do it as a simple customization. You can populate fields dynamically using PHP. You would have to write some custom PHP that reads the value of the cookie and populates a hidden field on the form with that value. There are tutorials in the How To section of the documentation that explain how to dynamically populate a field.

When someone visits the site I'm planning on putting this form on, they're tagged with a cookie based on how they arrived the cookie's name is always the same and the content is a number corresponding to how they got there.

Can gravity forms pick up on a specific piece of cookie data and include that in the submission data?

Thanks.
