If you are, a product with a value of -$15 is shown, making the total $0. If you are not a military member, the total will be $15. This is accurate on screen and in the notification emails.</p> <p>I suspect it may have something to do with the custom email notification you have crafted. If you use the {all_fields} helper in your notification, is the information shown in the notification accurate? if it is, the problem is with the merge tags you have manually added to your notification email.</p> <p>I'm sorry I could not fix your form, but I was able to create a form which does what you want, as a proof of concept. You can download that form here and install it on your site to confirm it works. I made a product with a negative price that shows when the conditional logic is correct. (example: 9 9 4 5 2 = free shipping)</p> <p>This all worked perfectly until i updated gravity forms to the previous and also latest version.<br /> During the order the price still gets subtracted which makes the total price shown on the website correct. However when i receive the mail with the order in it, the (product)discount is shown but does not get subtracted from the total price.</p> <p>Can anyone help me with this? </p>
