Hello Chris,

Thanx for your support, I changed the 5 digit conditional logic boxes into a single text field and gave a discount product a conditional logic. Everything works fine now.

I'm still curious how the form suddenly didn't work as before.
Well, it works and that is the most important thing.

Greetings!

Hello. I was unable to determine what the problem is with your form. So I created a test form of my own. You can view it here: http://gravity.chrishajer.com/testing-product-discount/

There is conditional logic on the question "Are you a military member?". If you are, a product with a value of -$15 is shown, making the total $0. If you are not a military member, the total will be $15. This is accurate on screen and in the notification emails.

I suspect it may have something to do with the custom email notification you have crafted. If you use the {all_fields} helper in your notification, is the information shown in the notification accurate? if it is, the problem is with the merge tags you have manually added to your notification email.

I'm sorry I could not fix your form, but I was able to create a form which does what you want, as a proof of concept. You can download that form here and install it on your site to confirm it works. Please change the notification email addresses to be sure you get the notifications.

http://pastebin.com/8YJEcB7d (use the download link, save on your computer as "form.xml" then Import that into your WordPress site.)

Thanks for your response, i'll see if i can guide you trough the form.

First page press: "Klik hier om de bestelling af te ronden" (youll go to the 2nd page)

Second page: Fill in all the forms on top, it does not matter what u fill in except for your e-mail address, the other fields are the name and home address of the buyer and the date of the photoshoot.

At "korting Code" Fill in the 5 drop down with "9 9 4 5 2"
Then at the drop down field "verzenden / afhalen" select "per post"

If correct the product that says: "Gratis verzendkosten -8,50 €"
That product is the discount on the shipping cost.

It all looks correct because the total price will be 0,00€ Except when u place the order "order bestellen", the confirmation e-mail does not subtract the shippng cost and the total price in the mail will be 8,50 €.

I'll hope i made it a bit more clear.

I have your form. I am having a hard time testing the conditional logic. Can you tell me what I need to do to get the discount, which is correct on screen but incorrect in the notification? Is that correct? If so, I need to know how I can replicate the circumstances you had where you saw the problem.

Thank you.

Hello,

Om my website i created an form for customers to order extra (photo)prints.
http://www.fotostudio87.nl/bestellen

I added 5 dropdown boxes which in the correct combination will give a discount on the shipping cost or a free print. I made a product with a negative price that shows when the conditional logic is correct. (example: 9 9 4 5 2 = free shipping)

This all worked perfectly until i updated gravity forms to the previous and also latest version.
During the order the price still gets subtracted which makes the total price shown on the website correct. However when i receive the mail with the order in it, the (product)discount is shown but does not get subtracted from the total price.

Can anyone help me with this?
