The "gravityforms2" path is incorrect, something is wrong with your installation. I would deactivate the plugin, then go into the plugins folder (via ftp) and remove any gravityforms folders, then reinstall. Your folder name should simply be "gravityforms" when you're done.</p> <p>That should fix your issues. They are both running wordpress 3.0 and utilize woothemes. I just purchased GF yesterday for these sites (I have previous single user version) and neither of them are working. </p> <p>I am also having an issue with the the form coming out poorly, the entry boxes are showing first and then the prompt.
