I've changed every setting on the page I can think of in order to make this work. The popup window cancels when I select cancel. A warning pops up if I don't select my form. I've selected and deselected each of the three options listed and in combination. When I click the Insert Form button, nothing happens. It does not add the form to the page. I've tried in HTML and Visual edit modes. Nothing happens. I've searched here and can't find an answer.</p> <p>Using Headway themes 2.0.8, WP3.1.1</p> <p>And for a moment there I thought this was going to be easy ;) </p>
