WooThemes doesn't do hosting. They sell WordPress Themes. </p> <p>If your site domain name is ihspa.org then doing a reverse lookup tells me that BlueHost hosts your site. We use BlueHost and we have FTP access to all our sites. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get FTP access to your site.</p> <p>If you aren't able to FTP into your site the first thing I would be questioning whoever setup your site. Not having FTP access to your site is a recipe for disaster because sometimes you have to FTP into your WordPress site. It only effects WordPress 2.8x so if you upgrade your site to WordPress 3.0 or even WordPress 2.9.2 it will work correctly.</p> <p>You should never run old versions of WordPress. Always keep your WordPress install up to date. Depending on how you uploaded the plugin files, this can cause issues. The best thing to do is to:</p> <p>- FTP the plugins files to your site and place the gravityforms folder in wp-content/plugins<br /> - Deactivate ALL other plugins<br /> - Activate Gravity Forms</p> <p>Then activate each of your other plugins. Another plugin could be causing the fatal error that occurs when you activate Gravity Forms.
