What version of wordpress are you running, also what versions of MySQL and PHP are your server running? You should be able to find the MySQL and PHP version numbers listed on the cPanel stats panel.

In the cPanel file manager browse to the wordpress directory and see if there is a file named error_log open it up and see if an error was recorded at the time you tried installing and activating Gravity Forms.

There seems to be a serious problem uploading and installing this plugin. When I try to activate the plugin on my website, it seems to wreck the whole back end of my site. All I get is a blank page and can't access my dashboard until I uninstall it via my cPanel.

What am I missing here? It seems to be happening when I install it via dashboard and also when I unzip it via my cPanel.
