Click Forms > PayPal <a href="http://example.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_paypal" rel="nofollow">http://example.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_paypal</a> (use your domain instead of example.org) Enter the email address, select test or production, select the type of sale, then choose the form from the drop down.
