I ended up hiring a programmer to write a custom plugin for me, and then I had him make a second one that would be released on wordpress.org. The one he built for me would add the contact, take the lead and turn it into an opportunity and also assign a task. We have Add-Ons for other 3rd party services that can be used as a guide/template to create a CapsuleCRM add-on. The integration is basically mapping fields from your form to corresponding fields in CapsuleCRM and then communicating with their API to insert the data when the form is submitted. However I haven't purchased yet so can't see the answer, and don't want to purchase unless I'm confident it can be done.</p> <p>Given that CapsuleCRM does have an API is it likely that this integration could happen and is the development effort likely to be a) simple b) complicated.</p> <p>Thanks </p>
