So, at least I've honed in the cause. The form data does end up getting stored, but this error message comes up instead of the confirmation (I'm using "text" confirmation, but tried using "redirect" confirmation and got the same error).</p> <p>The other forms on my site, including the contact form (<a href="http://technicallysimple.com/contact/" rel="nofollow">http://technicallysimple.com/contact/</a>) work fine.</p> <p>Any idea what might be causing this error? </p>
