Can you disable that plugin and see if you are still having problems?</p> <p>Also, which version of Gravity Forms are you using? Do you have the same version of Gravity Forms running in development and production? Some of the errors appear to be in the code that uses conditional logic, which we have made changes to and have a beta release available for download for it.
