Do you have the same form embedded in the page twice, maybe once in a widget and once in the content? Those IDs are not normally duplicated like that. It's almost like form 1 is embedded in the page twice. I have a form embedded into a slider. the slider (Slider Pro) is implemented onto my page via a widget. I also tried to place the slider into the webiste via a php function (thus bypassing the widget) and I still had the same amount of errors. When i deactivate the plugin the page validates.</p> <p>Do you have any suggestions? </p>
