I have been working on the site <a href="http://www.inspectionqc.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.inspectionqc.com</a> with most of the testing on an ACER tablet. I have also done some iPad testing as well. It is not 100% of the time, but it certainly is the majority of the time, when I load the form and start to enter data, when I make a selection for the first drop down with conditional logic ("Is the Property Vacant?") the conditional logic will not click in. If I rotate the tablet (iPad or ACER) 45 degrees (i.e. from Portrait to Landscape or vice-versa) and then back again the conditional logic kicks in and works as expected. It continues to work as expected from then on.
