Sure, you could do different packages and then use the HTML field to provide full details on what is included with that package. You can then use conditional logic to show or hide that HTML field containing the details depending on what package the user selects.

Gotcha. Is there a way to give different package prices with the information the customer provides. Like a basic, deluxe, premium?

Gravity Forms can do pricing calculations using the Pricing Fields. So it really depends on how complex your calculations are going to be. If it's simply Products with a Price and Quantity and then possible Options for those Products that impact the price then Gravity Forms should be able to handle it just fine.

If the pricing calculations is based on performing calculations using measurements like square footage or volume rather than simply Quantity and Price, then Gravity Forms isn't going to be a good solution.

I own a cleaning business and would like to be able to give my customers a instant bid or quote on my website (wordpress site). My services are: Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Whitening, Gutter Protection, Awning Cleaning. Residential and Commercial have different prices. Window Cleaning would have different prices for each size window. Prices would be different for each story of the building or house. I guess I'll need a form for each service. Is Gravity forms for me?
