We purchased gravity forms in order to make forms for our check out pages. Unfortunately we are unable to do this with a single website license : / We would need to link our authorize.net gateway to the forms which would mean we would have to pay $199 for a developers license. This is outside of our budget at this time.<br /> We do apologize for this mistake and would like to know how we are able to get a refund... </p> <p>Thank You </p>
