Our client wants to create a lead database and is offering a special offer to everyone that completes the form.</p> <p>2. The users must complete a “census like” form.</p> <p>3. The form must be divided in sections, so the next section appears only when the user ends the Actual Section and hits NEXT.</p> <p>4. After they complete the form, the system must be able to send a confirmation e-mail to the user with an auto-generated code and a coupon.</p> <p>5. A copy of that confirmation e-mail (with the auto-generated code) must be sent to our client and to the exact authorized distributor the user selected while completing the form.</p> <p>6. And the user data must be stored in a database for export.<br /> Another question:</p> <p>Is possible to remove your branding, and design something exclusively for our client???
