The page is password protected and the password is only given to senior staff (Directors, Managers &amp; Team Leaders).</p> <p>This is how i want it to work:</p> <p>User selects themselves from drop down --&gt; user fills out support request --&gt; user gets copy of support request.</p> <p>The problem: supplying the "copy email notification field" with the email address of the user selected from the drop down. </p> <p>I don't want two drop downs (for users names and email address).<br /> I don't want a single line field for users to enter their email address.</p> <p>Is there a simple way of supplying the name of the person which filled the form in as well as supplying the "copy email notification field" with the email address of the user selected.</p> <p>Cheers<br /> Leon </p>
