OK, this form won't be a problem to achieve with GF. Just remember, to pull off fieldsets you will need to use HTML fields, which those posts above show how to do. You can't see them yet, until you've purchased, but they do show how to do it and I've done it myself for a few paying customers. I wanted to place them here, in case you do decide to purchase, you could come back to reference them easily.

We also have "multiple page" ability, with progress indicators and validation in place that will not allow the person to continue to the next page until the requirements have been fulfilled. We also have admin and user notifications when forms get submitted that can send out all of the fields (which is a default) and/or can be customized to include only certain fields you'd like to send.

Also, one other question. Is there a way once the form has been submitted to have all the information e-mailed to a particular person, rather than them having to log into the website to retrieve it?

Also, I can't view any of the above posts you referenced. It says that it is a members only protected content for both of them.

Yes, you can actually click through all the pages. That is part of the problem. Even if things are required on the page your are currently on, you can still continue to the next page without filling them all out. Once you are at the last page, you can see a captcha at the bottom of the page that you have to enter before submitting anything.

This is possible using our built-in ready classes and some customization. Gravity Forms doesn't have fieldsets, but you can add them in by using HTML fields. There are posts on the forums that have instructions on how to do this piece.

http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/how-can-i-get-the-form-fieldsboxes-side-by-side#post-29425

I didn't see what happens if you click next, just in case some information was submitted - what happens when you click on the next button? Does it just go to more fields?

Hello everyone. I am currently in the process of moving our website from Joomla to Wordpress and need to know if Gravity Forms can reproduce a Job Application Form that is on our website. It was created using Breezing Forms for Joomla. Please take a look at it (http://www.tcmh.org/index.php/job-application) and let me know if it is possible. I want it to look as close as possible to what is there right now. Thanks for answering everyone.
