Thanks Chris, I actually did some additional digging and figured out the issue. Our University pushed out jQuery 1.9 in their assets, but luckily I was able to adjust the link to redirect to hardcoded jQuery 1.8.3 for now.

<script type="text/javascript" src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js"></script>

You can resolve this particular issue and thanks for the quick response.

WordPress 3.5 and Gravity Forms rely on jQuery 1.8.3 which is what should be enqueued automatically. There have been many reports of problem with Gravity Forms when using older or newer jQuery, or multiple jQuery versions.

If you would like us to take a look at your site, please provide a link to a page where a form is embedded, Thank you.

Has anybody else run into issues with forms working after the latest jQuery 1.9 update? I had a form working less than a week ago, and when jQuery 1.9 rolled out, the form stopped displaying on the site.

I am trying to determine if it is the jQuery 1.9, Gravity Forms, or possibly the framework I use for my sites (Genesis)
