For instance, in the new gf, you can add a post meta/extra field but format it as a date. I'm not sure if that's the case here or not, but nonetheless I ran some tests and here's what I found.</p> <p>I downloaded and installed the free jQuery Mobile WordPress theme I found here.<br /> <a href="http://www.webdevcat.com/themes" rel="nofollow">http://www.webdevcat.com/themes</a></p> <p>I activated the theme, tested it with several different forms and all of the forms displayed and worked properly.
