Some themes do "de-register" CSS from being output from plugins, even if you say you want it to be output. I'd wait to see what they have to say. I'd imagine it's something in the functions file that is controlling this behavior.

Any known issues between Gravity Forms and Organic Themes (Restaurant Theme)?

I am specifically having probs with a multi-page form. The progress bar doesn't display only the % complete. Also while using the Organic Restaurant Theme, the CSS Output option in Gravity Themes always reverts back to No. I can change it to Yes and Save it, but when I exit then return to the Settings screen is is back to No.

The multi-page progress bar does display properly when I switch to the Twenty Ten Theme, but I need/want to use the Restaurant Theme.

I have the latest versions of both Gravity Forms and the Organic Restaurant Theme.

I currently have the personal version of Gravity Forms, but considering upgrading to developer.

fyi... I also have a support request out to Organic Themes, but I want to ping you guys to see if you were aware of any probs.

Thanks!
