Thanks Carl, I'll clearly mark that the development site is only for development. Thanks for the prompt reply.

We allow single licenses to be used on a development site as long as it is clear it is a development site if you were to visit the site. So you should be fine in this scenario.

The 1 year support includes support and product updates for 1 year. After the year you will have to renew the license. Renewals will be at a 25-50% discount depending on the license you own, so it won't be full price.

Hi,

I am keen to purchase a copy/ies of gravity forms. We have a development and production version of our site, under different domains. Both are accessible to the public over the internet, however the dev site is a copy of prod and is used to test code and content changes.
Could u let me know if we need to purchase a single or multi-site license?

Also, for the 1 year support we receive with the license - does that include support and product upgrades for a year, or just support? i.e. to keep receiving updates after a year do we need to renew our license.

Regards

Michael
