Okay, thanks. I have disabled the second one/ When I turn site over to client, is there an easy way to transfer the api ownership to them?

You should not be running both sites with your single site API license key. You should remove the License Key from the staging site and you'll have to update it manually. That way, we won't accidentally disable your API key for going over your license usage levels. Gravity Forms will work unlicensed, but one click upgrades won't. It is easy enough to grab the latest version from our site and upload it via FTP or by first deleting (not uninstalling) the old version and uploading it through WordPress' plugin installer.

I purchased a single user license for one site. That site is currently located in a staging area url until I complete it and upload it to client's url.
I have two questions -
1. I had to move site to a second staging location url and currently have both the old and new up until I am sure the move was successful. Will Gravity forms continue to work and update on both?
2. Once I move the site to clients url can I continue to maintain a staging copy for testing and have Gravity Forms continue to function and update for both?
Thanks,
Kathy.
