If you are only using it on a single live site then the personal license would be fine. You can use it on a local development site.

I am a volunteer for a non-profit Paddling club in Nova Scotia Canada. I am currently using CformsII for online registrations, but require something better. My googling has pointed me to Gravity forms.
I would only install Gravity Forms on a single live site, but it isn't 'personal' use. I also would like to install it on a local development copy of our website that resides on my home PC for testing and dev.
Which license do I need?
