You'll want to look at plugins like WPML to help you translate your single site. If you go the multiple site route, you can install Gravity Forms on the other site, but run it unlicensed. This means that my default (English) website <a href="http://www.besmart.com.cy" rel="nofollow">http://www.besmart.com.cy</a> and for my additional language is <a href="http://www.besmart.com.cy/gr" rel="nofollow">http://www.besmart.com.cy/gr</a>.
