To limit the state to 3 states you will most likely just want to create your own address fields. Once you do that, you can setup Routing in the notification settings of the form to go to emails based on a selection, in this case, one of the states.

In this image you'll see at the top an option for Routing:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/File:Notifications-to-administrator.png

You can use the CSS ready classes to align your new fields to look like the pre-defined address field:

URL: http://www.maidtoclean.com/request-an-estimate/

This business only operates in 3 states (MD, DC, VA). We have 7 forms on the website. I was thinking I could modify the state dropdown field to these 3 state options using your bulk add/pre-defined choices, but since the "state" field is a part of the bigger "address" field I not sure this can be done - can it?

If not, is the alternative to manually create the individual address fields?

Next, a related question... once I achieve the goal of the 3-state-only options; how would I then go about routing all of the emails for the state of MD to one email address, and all of the emails for the states of DC and VA to another email address?

Thank you -
