So how do I get the products into the form? Do I just create Pricing fields that match up with the Item name from FreshBooks? Is there updated documentation on the Freshbooks plugin?

If you are using the FreshBooks then you are going to want to use thew updated version of the FreshBooks Add-On that supports Pricing Fields. It let's you use the Pricing Fields for user selections and automatically passes all selected Products as line items to FreshBooks. This is a much better way to handle things and much easier than the previous way.

@Andrew It's difficult to tell what is going on here because I can't see how you have setup the FreshBooks integration, nor do I know if you have the latest version of the FreshBooks Add-On installed or properly configured. I would have to look at your form setup, your FreshBooks Add-On setup and possibly your FreshBooks account itself if I don't see any problems. If you send me a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form I can take a look at it. Reference this forum post when doing so that way I know what it is in regards to.

In the future please do not piggyback off another users support request. Your issue and his issue are not the same and it only causes confusion for the support team and prevents us from being able to track the requests.

I have had this same issue, although no fields for products have been sent to freshbooks. I only receive the traditional fields and the user is created.

We have set up a new form on our test site to work on integration with Gravity Forms and FreshBooks (here). The three fields at the bottom (CPU, RAM, Disk) are mapped to the appropriate fields in the FreshBooks feed (here and here). The estimate is created in FreshBooks, and the description and quantity carry over with no problems, but the Item references something incorrect (here). The Item show us correctly in the FreshBooks feed, so I am not sure where the integers in the FreshBooks estimate is coming from. Ideas?
