Thanks for the suggestion David. I've created a quick plugin to do just this. It will display a list of your forms and which pages they are associated with.

Working on getting it into the WP Plugin Repository, so for now you can find it here: https://github.com/bhays/gravity-forms-find-my-forms

yeah it is weird, although I think the solution is pretty easy.
Also - if you don't want to clutter your categories, you could use the TAG taxonomy as well and it should allow you quite a lot of flexiblity.

Great tip unodewaal. I'm actually a little surprised no developer has created a quick add-on for Gravity Forms/WordPress to find and display pages with Gravity Forms shortcodes...

What you could do though - create a new page category called "forms". Add all your pages with forms to that category.
Then you simply link to that category archive page. It should show you a list of the pages with forms on it.

You have to do this manually, as by default, Gravity Forms doesn't store a list of where forms are embedded. You could embed the same form on a thousand pages, and so storing that information would take up extra database space for very little use.

I need a bunch of different forms on a site. Is there any way to make lists of links to forms?
