Ok, so the problem was actually with lodgix....
Lodgix created properties in the url with spaces between words instead of using the underline.
Sorry for taking your time. Gravity Forms works perfectly

Hello
I'm using Lodgix.com plugin to manage my property rental services
I need to make individual inquiry for each property. I'm using the tutorial from lodgix website
http://docs.lodgix.com/s/vacation-rental/m/wordpress-vacation-rental/l/36038-contact-us-settings

My query string looks like mysite.com/?property=nice_house
In the hidden field I check "Allow to be populated dynamically" checkbox and put "Parameter Name" property. In the notification message I wrote "Property Name: {Property Name:18}" (18 - is my field ID).
But when the inquiry is sent the property name is empty. I've spent so much time trying to figure out what is wrong, please help.
I know it's not the problem with Lodgix plugin, because all it does is generates property name and ID in the url. I can't take the necessary information from the url and insert it into the form.
hope to hear from you soon. Thank you in advance!
