You would have to pass the form that data if you wanted it used in notifications. We have a hook that allows you to run PHP before the form is loaded, and you could put these details in a hidden or visible field.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I don't think Gravity Forms is exactly what you are looking for either. It could do what you need, but not out of the box.

1.) There isn't a WYSIWYG field. People have customized Gravity Forms to do this, but it doesn't take into consideration theme styles without even further customization (as far as I know).

2.) Out of the box, Gravity Forms doesn't support Custom Post Types, and you'll have to use a third party add-on to do so.

3.) Check out our demos at http://gravityforms.com/demo We have demos of our back end UI and front-end forms so you can see how things are styled and work.

hello,
im here because i was tricked into buying a different plugin and now i have to REALLY make sure the plugin is for me.

i bought a plugin for $150 and it was terrible.

the stupid plugin applied inline styling to the form!!? which means i could not style it at all and the plugin was bloated. when i asked for help, they said support would cost even more!?

so here i am aagin looking for a new form plugin. i hear this is the place. i have a few questions before i buy.

1) is there a wysiwyg editor for the front end user and can i style it to match my theme so when a user writes in it, he sees what he is really going to get. i hear there is an extension plugin for this?

2) if i already created custom post types and have attached custom fields to those types. is there a way to pull those in to the form creation?

im creating a classifieds site. I have a custom post type called classified. it has a custom field called address.
I want this field to appear on the form. so i can get their address.
later when another user comes and wants to reply to the user that created the classified he can press submit and it will email the user who posted via his address held in the custom field.
3)is the form FULLY stylable?

thank you and have a great day!
