That dialog should have popped up every time you deleted a field from you form. Do you have a database backup from prior to when you modified the form? Something like BackupBuddy maybe? Can you make a backup now to ensure nothing further is lost? Do you have a backup of the original form? We did not remove the form itself.</p> <p>When we looked at the form today, to export out all the entries, it was empty.</p> <p>Is this a bug?<br /> Is there anyway to retrive the content?<br /> Do you really lose every entry when you remove text fields / radio buttons / etc? </p>
