Does the entry display in the admin?</p> <p>I didn't encounter any errors and it appears the submission was successful from the front-end. I was using FireFox. I tried it myself and I get to the confirmation screen, but I never recieve the notification and the entry never appears in the backend? Essentially if a someone else had done it, I'd never know that I hadn't even got it.</p> <p>The form is here, I've turned AJAX off but have the same issue: <a href="http://www.jonrouston.co.uk/book-now-bespoke/" rel="nofollow">http://www.jonrouston.co.uk/book-now-bespoke/</a>.</p> <p>Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
