Hi, Jon,

I just submitted a test (02/13/2012 @11:01 EDT) using the names test test. Does the entry display in the admin?

I didn't encounter any errors and it appears the submission was successful from the front-end. I was using FireFox. Are you using a different browser when it isn't working for you?

One thing you can check is to make sure there isn't a theme or plugin conflict by running through the steps in http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict .

If testing for the theme/plugin conflict doesn't point you to what could be causing the problem, can you use the Contact Us form in the forums to send us an admin login and reference this forum topic so we can look into the issue further?

Thanks.

Apologies if this is a duplicate post, I've tried searching but i don't know if I'm using the right terminology.

Recently a client reported problems filling in a form. I tried it myself and I get to the confirmation screen, but I never recieve the notification and the entry never appears in the backend? Essentially if a someone else had done it, I'd never know that I hadn't even got it.

The form is here, I've turned AJAX off but have the same issue: http://www.jonrouston.co.uk/book-now-bespoke/.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? I'm slightly worried as I use gravity forms as my main contact form, and if I'm not recieveing enquiries from clients, that's business down the drain that I don't know about!

Thanks in advance for any help

jon
