Then I hooked up the dev site to the new database. I have three forms on a site that I copied over to a new dev site (so I can work on it off line). Two of the forms show-up and work. A third does not appear to be there. But when I look at the meta info in the SQL database, it still appears to be there. I tried the Meta Recovery tool. It didn't work. Is there anything special I have to do to configure it? I could not find any instruction on its use. </p>
