Using FTP, go to the wp-content/plugins folder and remove the gravityforms folder. Then re-install and let me know if that works out for you.

I just tried to upgrade Gravity Forms and lost it from my Dashboard and Plug ins. I tried to reinstall Gravity Forms and I get this message:
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /data4/var/www/vhosts/recruiteraccess.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/

Plugin install failed.

It was working fine before. Not sure what to do now.
