Thanks Dennis. This does seem like a good feature. I am not sure if/when it will will be implemented, but I will add to our feature list for discussion.

I was looking at some entries from our volunteer form today and thinking that it would be convenient at times to e-mail an entry via the WordPress admin to another person. Even thought I get all the e-mails, not all of the people in our group do, so sometimes while browsing the entries I'd like to "mail" to an arbitrary e-mail address.

Click on a link, a field pops up requesting an address to send the entry to, I enter it and it's sent. It could even use the notification template for the form that generated the entry, just substituting the entered e-mail address for the one in the template.
