			<description>&#60;p&#62;Sure thing, so what you can do is create a checkbox field - and label it. For the choice -- you can place text such as: &#34;Opt-In to our mailing list&#34; or something of that nature. Then in your mailchimp feed you can set the condition there.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I could be missing something really simple, just trying to find out how I can add a field which essentially allows users to opt into signing up to MailChimp.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;At the moment my contact form will automatically add user to a list but I'm after users having a choice and don't want to force them into signing up.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've had a dig around and can't seem to find what I'm after but I have a feeling it's something rather simple I've not picked up on.&#60;/p&#62;
