I would disagree about resizing on validation errors being "bad". I suppose that's a matter of preference/opinion but it's very common. If new text is introduced, then it has to go somewhere and naturally it could impact the vertical sizing of the form. Of course, you can re-style the validation messages and hide the text, change the spacing, etc. and it looks like you've already started down that path.

The only thing I see is that it really doesn't stand out that those are validation errors with simply changing the label color. Perhaps you should change the field background color or something as well. Also, just another quick thought on the subject of UI.. the "get quote" button looks more like a banner and less like a button. That could create some confusion as well and you might not get the conversion rates you're hoping for. Sometimes simple tried and true is the best way to go.

Good luck with it.

Hi here's a link to it. http://www.firstcanadianmovers.com I can't have the form expanding because i does not fit in the background of the form anymore and destroys the entire look of the site. I've seen it done before but not sure if it was gravity. It seems bad that the form has to resize itself if there's an error.

If you would like us to help you with styling your form to make the errors not stagger, please post a link to your form and we will help you with the CSS if we can.

However, putting the Gravity Forms validation errors in a popup outside of Gravity Forms is not something I have seen anyone accomplish yet.

I am creating a submit form with gravity/css ready selector and when certain fields aren't filled out properly, an error page comes up showing the required fields. Trouble is they stagger and are larger than the form and no matter what it is going to look terrible. The solution we came up with was to just skip all that and make a little pop up window show up. I'm not sure how to do this, and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about~
http://postimage.org/image/o18i39e9p/
