Yes, you can and you should be good to go, as settings and whatnot are all stored in the database.

Good Day Gravity Help Boards,
I am a developer looking for some advice.
I have Gravity Forms installed w/ two plugins (PayPal Standard & Members), but whenever I go through WordPress and update I run into problems (see here).

So, with the new upgrades to the PayPal and Members plugin, I am curious if I can just download the updated plugins from this site and just delete the old plugin folders and upload the updated plugin folder via FTP. I don't want to loose my PayPal forms, settings, etc, so is there danger with updating the plugins via FTP upload?

I appreciate your advice and assistance.
Best regards,
Laura Mabee
