You'll want to reactivate it and clear out the cache and read their deactivation instructions to test things quickly and easily. </p> <p>As for the Cart66 thing, I'm not certain. Is there a fix for it because it isn't much good to me if I cannot use a shopping cart along with the Gravity Forms.</p> <p>Other issue. Even if I clear my cache out in IE, I still get the Boutique theme. However, no problem getting the Twenty Eleven theme in FF. I've even tried closing all my IE pages and reopening IE. Have you tried duplicating your form without Cart66 inclusion to see if it is a Cart66 error?
