Sure, that part is not very intuitive since you would assume the admin would be assigned all the permissions by default. We get that question a lot. I'm happy I could help out.

Ah right - that got it! Didn't realise that Members would strip out those capabilities by default - at least its an easy fix.

Thanks very much for the speedy reply!

You need to go into the members plugin and give the admin user permissions to use Gravity Forms. That's why you can't see the forms menu now.

Hi, purchased Gravity Forms a week or so ago and so far I'm loving it - excellent work! However, I've run into a bit of a snag in that Justin Tadlocks's Members plugin (which I've seen recommended on here) seems to break GF in a fairly major way.

I'm working on a site that requires both plugins and GF was working just fine until I installed Members. I created a new role within members with fairly minimal rights though I did not create any users within this new role and I remained logged in as admin. When I went back to do some more form creation however, the menu item for 'Forms' had disappeared.

I did all the usual troubleshooting things: switched to 2010 - same result, switched off plugins one at a time until I switched off Members and after a refresh, the Forms menu item came back. Just to be doubly sure, I set up a new blank wordpress install running 2010 with just GF (plus the Paypal and Reg add ons) and Members and the same problem occurred.

I'm running v 0.2 of members from plugin repository and v 1.5.2.3 of GF.

Unfortunately I can't really do without the additional features that are included in Members so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks
