Gravity Forms does not display entries on the front end. So you would have to write your own code to do so.</p> <p>There is, however, a 3rd party add-on in the WordPress.org plugin directory you could check out that does provide this type of functionality. Next, have a password protected page that displays all of the entires (somewhat like a phone book). The first step (creating the form) is obviously very easy with Gravity Forms.
