If you did not need to handle payment, you could collect the unchanging information one time (the person submitting the form, and the name of the firm) then collect the first user's information. Submit the form. Then offer a link to "register another" and that link will reload the form with the unchanging information pre-populated. They can do that however many times they need to. All with payment portals depending on how many they sign up.
