If the Forms menu doesn't appear right away, but does on a refresh, it means how your site is executing code the code that determines if they have access to the Forms menu item or not is running after the menu is rendered so it doesn't get displayed until a new page load occurs.</p> <p>We can look at how we can prevent this from happening, but it is because Gravity Forms hooks into the role/capabilities system to allow for full role management capabilities using a plugin like the Members plugin and how this code executes.
