			<description>&#60;p&#62;That is expected behaviour.  You don't have to guess at these though.  You should use the merge tag drop down.  Is that not working for you?  The drop down will have the merge tags in the proper format for you.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Thanks.  This solved the issue.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I did find that the address form fields were sequential as expected, for example 14.1, 14.2, 14.3, etc.  The name form fields were a bit different.  First name was field 3.  Last name was field 6.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;You can use the merge tag drop down in the notifications editor and it will allow you to select the individual fields that belong to the Address field. It will look something like this:&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;This merge code works great for standard form fields with a single value.  But how do I obtain the multiple values in advanced form fields, such as name or address where there are multiple values as part of the field id?
