A "Subject" drop down has three options...</p> <p>&gt; General inquiry<br /> &gt; Media relations<br /> &gt; Contact a specific location...</p> <p>When the 3rd is selected, it reveals another drop down with a list of locations. Each location option has an email as the value. I then set a routing rule with a merge tag that SHOULD grab the email for the selected location...</p> <p>"If 'Subject' is 'Contact a specific location' email {location-email:6}"</p> <p>However, it doesn't work. If I add a second address to the routing rule, like so "myemail@mydomain.com, {location-email:6}" - then I get the email, but second address from the merge tag is NOT included like it should be.</p> <p>So it looks like merge tags aren't working with email routing. :-/ </p>
