I have a number of forms across the site and this is the only one with the duplicate message issue. I created a new form and the issue still occurs. With regard to it being a plugin conflict, all the plugins are up to date and long standing I temporarily deactivated all plugins and submitted the form the error still occured, this issue only occurs on one form out of five currently used on the site and only occurs on forms created after the lastest Wordpress 3.0 update previous to that the Gravity Forms Plugin worked perfectly</p> <p>When completing the form using IE8 the issue still occurs.</p> <p>Any help would be appreciated</p> <p>Bob </p>
