I'm assuming you want to have the notification only go to a specific e-mail address 3x a day? If so, you could just have a table where you count the number of times it has been sent to the address, and put that in a field. The leads generated are going to multiple lead buyers, but one of the buyers is paying for a set quantity of leads, rather than ALL the leads we generate in a month. So, I need a way to set a cap of 100 leads per month or like 3/day for this client. Any thoughts?
