This form uses about 104 fields and in the process of creating this form, I think GF started losing track of IDs or something. The form works as it is now, but adding a new field at the bottom of the page doesn't work. The field gets added, but it doesn't display.</p> <p>I removed an unnecessary page break (in the editor) and everything after this page break seems to go into limbo now :-) Trying to look for the problem in the xml is going to be a nightmare and I think I might break things rather than fix them. The Meta Recovery tool didn't seem to help either.
