Zoe,

Because this was also a Priority Support request, I am closing out this forum topic. For others that may be having the same issue and see this topic, a code change was required and a special version of Gravity Forms was provided. This fix will also be in the next public release of Gravity Forms.

I've got a form going on an active site that uses conditional fields based on a multi-select early in the form. You can view the form on the live site here:

http://meanttobecalligraphy.com/contact/

When someone submits the form with just the "Day Of" section filled out OR just the "Envelope Addressing" sections filled out, the info comes through in the email notification as expected. However, someone submitted the form with both those sections filled out and neither came through in the email notification, although the info from both was saved and visible via the Entries page within WordPress.

Any idea why this might be happening? I'm not sure about other combos, as that was the first submission that used more than one selection in the multi-select, all other submissions have just used one selection.

The notification uses {all_fields}

Thanks!
