Do you have any HTML being used within that form in any fields? There's on average about 3 field errors per 40 form fields and is not consistent. The database entries are correct and all present. No changes, additional plugins or upgrades have been made to the site. Any ideas on how I can fix these errors in the Email Notifications? </p>
